Week 11
My writing process hasn't changed too much since week 1. I still plan out my writing before I start a paper. I have learned to use different words and such in my papers though. Also, in this course, the papers we have been writing are totally different from what I'm use to, so that is a change in how I have been writing. I think the assignment that has given me the most trouble was our previous lit review assignment. We went over it a lot in class and how to go about writing it, but when I sat down to start it I was confused about how to actually write it and what needed to be in it. The instructor's website helped me a little bit, because it went further into detail, but the lit review assignment was definitely the hardest yet. Our assignment before this past one, which was the annotated bibliography seemed easy to me. I had never written one of them before, so that whole process was new to me. I found it to be pretty easy though. I thought it was going to be a lot harder. Hmmm...I think the biggest reason to write would be to reflect your feelings and to organize your thoughts. Writing can also let someone show their ideas and creativity. As of right now, writing is not a big role in my life. I am not much of a writer. I just do not enjoy writing at this point in my life. In the future writing may become a small part of my life, but I do not see writing as playing a major role in my life. Writing really has nothing to do with my major but you never know when you will have to write a paper for something that could be career related.
